TO REGISTER FOR THE MSFC MEETING (Please read this before registering!) Pre-Registration: Registrations are due in the MSFC office on or before FEBRUARY 29. Registration will be refunded if MSFC receives notice of cancellation prior to February 29. No refund will be granted after February 29. Substitutions may be made only prior to February 29 and must have supporting documentation. On-Site Registration: If possible, call or e-mail MSFC beforehand if you plan to register on-site. After February 29, only on-site registration is available – no mailed or faxed registrations will be processed. See information below regarding identification – no exceptions will be made! Identification: For security reasons.
Upon arrival at the MSFC Registration Desk, you MUST
present a photo and student or resident identification. All attendees
must wear badges to all sessions and events. Medical
Students for Choice reserves the right to restrict admission.
