This facility has an established training program for medical students, residents, and fellows.

This facility provides the following reproductive health services:

• 1st tri surgical abortion
• 2nd tri surgical abortion
• Medical abortion
• Pregnancy options counseling
• Pelvic exams
• Pap smears
• Breast exams
• Contraception
• Ultrasound
• STD testing/counseling
• Colposcopy
• LEEP
• Vasectomy

This facility is able to accommodate the following:

• 1st-year medical students
• 2nd-year medical students
• 3rd-year medical students
• 4th-year medical students

This facility serves traditionally underserved populations.

Please note that each applicant must supply a letter from a training institution specifying that the institution will cover the applicant's malpractice insurance and including an indemnity clause. This facility also requires externs to provide verification of TB, hepatitis B, and rubella status. Background checks will be conducted on all externs. All the above information must be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the externship.

Also, please note that reproductive health externships must be at least 2 weeks in length, and surgical externships must be at least 3 weeks in length.
